Product Description

Enramycin is a kind of polypeptide antibiotics which composed by an unsaturated fatty acid and dozen amino acids. It is produced by Streptomyces fungicides.Enramycin was approved to be added in the feed for long-term use by Department of Agriculture in 1993, because of its safety and significantly. It has a strong anti-bacterial effective against gram-positive bacteria, the antibacterial mechanism is inhibit bacterial cell wall synthesis. It has strong bactericidal activity against the harmful Clostridium in the intestine, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus and so on.

Features

1. Adding a trace amount of enramycin to feed can have a good effect on promoting growth and significantly improving feed returns.

2. Enramycin can exhibit good antibacterial activity against Gram positive bacteria under both aerobic and anaerobic conditions. Enramycin has a strong effect on Clostridium perfringens, which is the main cause of growth inhibition and necrotizing enteritis in pigs and chickens.

3. There is no cross resistance to enramycin.

4. The resistance to enramycin is very slow, and currently, Clostridium perfringens, which is resistant to enramycin, has not been isolated.

Effects

(1)Effect on chicken
Sometimes, due to the disorder of gut microbiota, chickens may experience drainage and defecation. Enramycin mainly acts on the gut microbiota and can improve the poor condition of drainage and defecation.
Enramycin can enhance the anti coccidiosis activity of anti coccidiosis drugs or reduce the occurrence of coccidiosis.

(2)Effect on pigs
Enramycin mixture has the effect of promoting growth and improving feed returns for both piglets and adult pigs.

Adding enramycin to piglet feed can not only promote growth and improve feed returns. And it can reduce the occurrence of diarrhea in piglets.
