Azamethiphos is a broad-spectrum insectcide. Azamethiphos can control cockroaches, various beetles, bugs, spiders and other arthropods, especially to nuisance flies. It can be used to kill flies in public places, meadows and farms as it has No Toxicity Against Mammals. It has also been used in the UK (particularly in Scotland) in fish farming, to control external parasites such as sea lice on the Atlantic salmon. This application replaces the use of the hazardous “red list” pollutant Dichlorvos. The effectiveness can last as long as 10 weeks for once application. As the manufacturer for Novartis initially, we have developed our own Azamethiphos products including Azamethiphos 95% Tech, Azamethiphos 50% WP, Azamethiphos 10% WP and Azamethiphos 1% GB.

Usage

 It has contact killing and gastric toxicity effects, and has good persistence. This insecticide has a wide spectrum and can be used to control various mites, moths, aphids, leafhoppers, wood lice, small carnivorous insects, potato beetles, and cockroaches in cotton, fruit trees, vegetable fields, livestock, households, and public fields. The dosage used is 0.56-1.12kg/hm².
