1,3-Dichloropropene 95% 98%
1,3-Dichloropropene is a classic high-efficiency volatile soil fumigant, consisting of mixed cis & trans isomers. It features powerful soil penetration and outstanding nematicidal performance. After injection into soil and film sealing, it volatilizes into gas, diffuses evenly through soil pores to penetrate deep root layers, disrupting the respiration system of nematodes and soil pathogens to achieve thorough killing effect.
Core Advantages
1.Two purity grades for flexible matching 95% & 98% technical liquid optional; 98% high-purity grade with low impurity, stable vapor release for consistent field efficacy.
2.Leading nematicidal activity in fumigants Specially optimized to kill root-knot, cyst, lesion and dagger nematodes, core raw material for nematode-suffered plots.
3.Strong deep soil penetration Gas can pass compacted clay, crop residues and organic matter, reach 40–60cm deep root zone where liquid pesticides cannot reach.
4.Excellent compatibility for co-fumigation Mix well with Chloropicrin to simultaneously control nematodes, fungi and partial underground pests, one-time full soil disinfection.
5.Fast degradation & short ventilation cycle After full airing, no toxic residue accumulates in soil; short waiting period before crop transplanting, less idle land loss.
6.Wide crop adaptability Safe pre-plant treatment for almost all cash crops, no phytotoxic risk under standard ventilation operation.
Applicable Crops
Greenhouse tomato, cucumber, watermelon, strawberry, grape, apple, peach, potato, ginger, garlic, tobacco, ginseng, notoginseng, flower nursery stock, fruit tree replant orchard.
Main Target Pests
1. Nematodes: Root-knot nematode, cyst nematode, lesion nematode, dagger nematode, stubby-root nematode
2. Fungi: Fusarium, Verticillium, Phytophthora, Rhizoctonia
3. Partial underground pests: Wireworms, symphylans
Standard Application Method
1.Soil preparation: Crush clods, keep soil moisture at 60%–70%, clear crop residues and large stones.
2.Mechanical injection: Inject 1,3-D liquid into 20–40cm soil layer via dedicated fumigation injector.
3.Airtight sealing: Immediately cover impermeable plastic mulch and compact film edge to lock fumigation gas inside soil.
4.Closed fumigation period: Seal for 10–18 days depending on soil temperature.
5.Ventilation airing: Remove mulch and plough soil to ventilate 7–12 days; test residual gas before seedling transplant.
6.Co-fumigation recommendation: Mix with Chloropicrin for plots with severe nematode & fungal compound diseases.
Safety Precautions
1. Flammable & irritant hazardous liquid: Vapor irritates eyes, respiratory tract and skin severely. Operators must wear full set PPE: gas respirator, chemical-proof coverall, rubber gloves & boots.
2. Strictly forbid operation without protective equipment; avoid skin contact and gas inhalation.
3. Isolate fumigation area completely, set obvious warning signs, forbid children, livestock and irrelevant personnel entering sealing zone.
4. Do not store or mix with alkaline chemicals to prevent chemical decomposition and gas leakage.
5. Store in cool, dry, ventilated warehouse, sealed tightly, far away from open fire, heat source and oxidants.
6. Only for professional agricultural pre-plant soil fumigation; prohibited for household indoor disinfection.
7. Classified as dangerous goods, transport comply with hazardous chemical logistics regulations.
