Product Description

1-Naphthaleneacetic Acid belongs to organic compounds of naphthalenes. NAA is a synthetic auxin plant hormone. It is used as a Plant Growth Regulator to control preharvest fruit drop, flower induction and fruit thinning in various crops,used as a rooting agent and used for the vegetative propagation of plants from stem and leaf cutting. It is also used for plant tissue culture and as Herbicide.

Usage

1. Naphthylacetic acid is a plant growth regulator that promotes plant root growth and is also an intermediate of naphthylacetamide. 

2. Used for organic synthesis, as a plant growth regulator, and in medicine as a raw material for nasal eye cleansing and eye clearing.

3. A broad-spectrum plant growth regulator

Attentions

1. Naphthylacetic acid is insoluble in cold water. When preparing, it can be dissolved in a small amount of alcohol, diluted with water, or mixed into a paste with a small amount of water, and then stirred with sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) until fully dissolved.

2. Early maturing apple varieties that use thinning flowers and fruits are prone to drug damage and should not be used. It should not be used when the temperature is high around noon or during the flowering and pollination period of crops.

3. Strictly control the concentration of use to prevent excessive use of naphthylacetic acid from causing drug harm.
