Chlorempenthrin is a new type of pyrethroid insecticide with high efficiency and low toxicity, which has a good effect on mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches. It features high vapor pressure, good volatility and strong killing power. It can knock down pests quickly, especially when sprayed or fumigated, the knocking effect is more significant.
Preparation
The preparation method of high-efficiency Chlorempenthrin raw powder is divided into three steps in sequence:
In a reaction vessel equipped with a condenser for reflux, stirring, dropping addition, heating and cooling, 200g of dichloroethane and 200g of sodium acetylene were added. After stirring and cooling to 10℃, 30g of sodium hydroxide was slowly added in about 1 hour. Then the temperature was raised to 50℃, and 100g of valenal was dropped in for 2 hours. After dropping addition, the temperature was maintained for 10 hours, and the reaction was completed. Add 100g of water for hydrolysis, separate the organic phase, acid wash and water wash the organic phase, dry it with sodium sulfate, and dissolve it to obtain 120g of acetylene amyl alcohol. Boiling point: 140-160℃, content: 98%, yield: 94.8%.
(2) Dissolve 62g of acetylene amyl alcohol from the previous step in 460g of toluene, add 0.1g of triethylamine as a catalyst, stir and cool to 5℃, then drop in 116g of all-trans DV inulyl chloride for 2 hours. After the addition is completed, keep at 20℃ for 6 hours and the reaction is finished. The water was washed twice, and the solvent was recovered by desolvation of the reaction liquid to obtain crude oil of chlorenyl pyrethroid. The crude oil yield was 157 grams, with a yield of 95%.
(3) Dissolve 100g of crude Chlorempenthrin in 200g of isopropanol, add 0.1g of the catalyst triethylamine, cool to 5℃, stir and crystallize for 6 hours, centrifuge and discharge the material, then dry the original powder to obtain high-efficiency chlorenethrin raw powder.
