Imiprothrin acts on the nervous system of insects, disrupting the function of neurons by interacting with sodium ion channels and killing pests. The most prominent feature of its effect is its rapidiness against sanitary pests. That is, as soon as sanitary pests come into contact with the liquid medicine, they will be immediately knocked down. It especially has an excellent knocking effect on cockroaches and can also control mosquitoes and flies. Its knockdown effect is higher than that of traditional pyrethroids such as amethrin (10 times that of amethrin) and Edoc (4 times that of Edoc), etc.
Application
It can quickly knock down household pests such as cockroaches and other crawling pests.
Target of prevention and control
It is mainly used for the prevention and control of pests and harmful organisms such as cockroaches, mosquitoes, houseflies, ants, fleas, dust mites, clothing fish, crickets and spiders.
Applied technology
When used alone, the insecticidal activity of pyrethroid is not high. However, when mixed with other pyrethroid lethal agents (such as fenthrin, fenethrin, cypermethrin, cypermethrin, etc.), its insecticidal activity can be greatly enhanced. It is the preferred raw material in high-end aerosol formulas. It can be used as a standalone knockdown agent in combination with a lethal agent, with a typical dosage of 0.03% to 0.05%. It can be used individually up to 0.08% to 0.15% and can be widely combined with commonly used pyrethroids, such as cypermethrin, fenethrin, cypermethrin, Yiduke, Yibitian, S-bio-propylene, etc.
