The Use of Heptafluthrin

It is a pyrethroid insecticide, a soil insecticide, which can well control coleoptera and lepidoptera and some diptera pests living in soil. With 12 ~ 150g/ha, it can control soil pests such as pumpkin decastra, golden needle, jumping beetle, scarab, beet cryptophaga, ground tiger, corn borer, Swedish wheat stalk fly, etc. Granules and liquid formulations are used for corn and sugar beet. The application method is flexible and can be used with ordinary equipment for seeding, topsoil and trench application or seed treatment.

10% Heptafluthrin emulsion; 0.5%, 1.5% sefluthrin granules; 10% Heptafluthrin dry glue suspension. Uses pyrethroid insecticide. For soil treatment, it can control coleoptera, lepidoptera and some dipterous pests living in soil, the dosage is 0.12 ~ 1.5g/100m2. Can also be used as seed treatment.

Heptafluthrin is a highly effective pyrethroid insecticide, and its application mainly focuses on the following aspects:

1. Space repellent pendant: Heptafluthrin is very suitable for the new dosage form of space repellent pendant due to its high activity and high vapor pressure. In such a device, the drug is released into the air by natural wind energy, forming a protective barrier that effectively repels or kills mosquitoes.

2. Fan dosage form: The fan dosage form that uses wind energy to volatilize the drug is also an important application area of Heptafluthrin. This formulation diffuses the drug molecules by the wind and can provide effective pest control over a large area.

3. Aerosol: Heptafluthrin can also be used in aerosol to quickly cover and kill pests by ejecting tiny particles. This dosage form is suitable for the rapid treatment of pest problems in indoor or local areas.

4. Electric mosquito repellent/liquid mosquito repellent: In traditional electric mosquito repellent or liquid mosquito repellent, sevoflurthrin can also play a role by heating the release of drugs, continue to drive or kill mosquitoes and other pests.
